Tray Accessories
Modula offers metal separators and dividers to help organize items within trays. Trays are equipped with slotted elements that support these accessories, allowing for the creation of compartments in various sizes to suit specific needs.
To further increase storage capacity, tray sides can be extended, providing more volume for loose materials and preventing taller, bulkier items from shifting outside the tray. The layout of the tray can be easily adjusted at any time by manually repositioning the separators and dividers, offering flexibility to meet changing storage requirements.
Partitions, Dividers, Tray Extensions, and Slotted Tray Walls
For efficient organization inside Modula automatic warehouse trays, metal separators and dividers are available to create compartments of various sizes. Support ribs are used to divide trays, and the layout can be easily adjusted by manually repositioning these elements to meet specific needs.
Slotted Tray Walls
Slotted tray walls are profiles installed along the tray sides, featuring a 20 mm pitch grid to support separators and partitions. Supplied as a kit, these walls consist of various pieces tailored to the tray size based on the machine model.
Partitions
Partitions divide the tray along the Y axis (height). These elements match the tray depth and come in various heights to align with tray sides or extensions. Partitions cannot exceed the height of the tray sides.
Dividers
Dividers fit between the partitions and slotted tray walls to create compartments along the X axis (width). They are available in various lengths and heights to suit different tray configurations.
Tray Extensions
Tray extensions raise the tray sides, enabling the storage of higher loads or loose materials that may otherwise spill out. These extensions are easy to install and can be added at any time. Supplied in kits, the number of pieces varies according to tray size.
Electrified Tray
The electrified tray allows you to charge or power materials inside the tray that require an electrical charge, such as rechargeable lamps, computers, radios, and more.
It operates through a standard 240V socket, making it easy to use. The electrified tray can be installed on up to 10 trays within each Modula warehouse.
This device is especially useful for companies that store batteries or other items that need to be charged and kept ready for use in the Modula automatic vertical warehouses.
