Push-Back Pallet Racking
Push-back pallet racking is a high-density storage system that allows for multiple pallets of different SKUs to be stored deep within each channel. The system operates by accumulation: as new pallets are added, the load is pushed along rails mounted on a slight slope.
This system is highly agile, with forklifts accessing goods from a single working aisle without entering the racking itself. Ideal for LIFO (last in, first out) inventory management, push-back racking maximizes storage space while streamlining product retrieval.
Advantages:
- Space Savings: Eliminating intermediate aisles optimizes surface area and boosts storage capacity.
- Time Efficiency: Forklifts do not enter the racking, and all operations are performed from a single aisle, streamlining loading and unloading processes.
- SKU Flexibility: Each storage channel can accommodate a different SKU, allowing for greater product variety.
- Temperature Versatility: The carts are designed to operate in temperatures ranging from -30°C to 40°C, making the system suitable for both low and high-temperature environments.
- Operational Safety: Built-in locking devices, stops, and pallet centralizers ensure safe and efficient storage and retrieval.
- Low Maintenance: With minimal upkeep required, the system’s durable components ensure long-lasting performance and reliability.
Push-back racking provides a highly efficient and versatile storage solution that maximizes space, reduces operational time, and enhances safety while accommodating a variety of goods.
