Live storage systems consist of slightly inclined platforms with wheels and rollers, enabling optimal entry and exit of goods. Products are fed in and move by gravity along roller lanes, ensuring smooth flow to the exit aisle. This design guarantees perfect product turnover, supports FIFO (First In, First Out) rotation, and eliminates interference during stock replenishment, significantly increasing order preparation speed.
For even faster material collection, pick-to-light devices integrated with Easy WMS software can be added, enhancing accuracy and efficiency. This system is ideal for high-volume picking areas, as it increases the number of order lines processed and reduces unnecessary movement for warehouse personnel.
